Title: ASEAN POSTER MAKING EVENT To: Ha Noi High School Youth Union Board Date: 20th November 2022 Prepared by: ASEAN Youth Initiative Committee Introduction: We would like to propose an exciting and educational event titled "ASEAN Poster Making Event". This event aims to bring together young people from ASEAN countries to learn, share ideas, and build a sense of community. Details about the event: The event will take place at the spacious and well-equipped auditorium of Ha Noi High School. It is scheduled for the 10th of December 2022 and will last for one full day. We are expecting participation from over 100 students across different ASEAN countries. The activities planned for the day include training workshops on poster design where participants will learn about various aspects of design including color theory, typography, and layout. There will also be presentations on current issues in ASEAN, providing a platform for participants to engage in meaningful discussions and broaden their understanding of the region. Goals and benefits: The primary goal of this event is to help young people from ASEAN countries meet and build a community. By working together on poster designs and engaging in discussions, participants will develop the ability to work with people from other countries. Moreover, through these shared experiences, we aim to create shared values among the youth of ASEAN. This event will also provide an opportunity for participants to enhance their creative skills, gain a deeper understanding of ASEAN issues, and foster a sense of regional identity and unity.
