A series of floods struck Central Vietnam.
In 2020, from October to November.
For the entire month, that disaster took over the news coverage. The heavy rain created an extended landslide, destroying thousands of houses. This led to the obstruction of traffic in general, making it hard for rescue teams to reach the unfortunate. However, that was not the saddest part of this catastrophe. Although the government tried to evacuate the residents there, many people had passed away due to the floods and so many more are now still missing.
I stayed away from windows, bookcases, bookshelves, heavy mirrors, hanging plants, fans and other heavy objects.
I saw the news on TV reporting the damage that incident had caused to my people, which was heart-broken and scary.
