Playing badminton is one of my favorite hobbies. I started playing when I was in middle school and have been involved with this sport ever since. I like playing badminton because this is a sport that helps me exercise my health and spirit. Badminton is a sport that requires players to have smooth coordination between hands and feet. When playing badminton, I feel my body becomes more supple and flexible. Badminton also helps me practice concentration and quick reflexes. I often play badminton with friends on weekends. We often play at a badminton court near our house. We divided into two teams and competed against each other. I really like the feeling of moving on the field and playing shuttlecock back and forth with my friends. Playing badminton helps me relieve stress after studying and working. I feel happier and more comfortable after each match. I hope that I will be able to continue playing badminton for a long time.
