Hi Vicky, How are you enjoying your holiday in Australia? Is it as wonderful as you imagined? Next month, my Dad will start his new job in Singapore, so my family will have to move there soon. I’m feeling nervous and excited at the same time! I think I will have to learn many new things, like eating with chopsticks and speaking Chinese. I have been learning Chinese for two months now and I think it is really difficult. I can speak a few sentences, but I still don’t remember how to write them. I hope that I will be able to read street signs and the menu at restaurants. I will also have to make new friends and I hope that they will understand me when I speak Chinese to them. I will be very sad to leave without saying goodbye to you. When are you coming back from your holiday? Would you like to have a picnic with me when you are back? Please write back soon, Jane
