Keeping fit and staying healthy are the goals of everyone. For me, I often do a lot of things in order to achieve these goals. First, I usually do morning exercises every morning. It helps me feel energetic and makes my body more flexible. Second, I eat variety of food with a view to supplying enough nutrients to body development. Third, I try to avoid unhealthy such as fast food, soft drinks.
