I have some small tips to have a bodycare routine here. The first thing is to try to wake up a little bit early than usual and do a few exercises and play your favorite sports with your friends. The second thing, don't eat too many snacks, sweets,... or drink soda, try to eat food that is healthy. The third one, don't work too hard, it will cost you a lot of energy and make you tired. And the last one, try to do a lot of fun things and relax more often.
