To address these causes of stress, I have started implementing certain solutions. Firstly, I have learned to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary to manage my workload more effectively. Secondly, I have started practicing self-care activities such as exercise, meditation, and spending quality time with loved ones. Lastly, I have set boundaries and established a clear separation between work and personal life to ensure a healthier work-life balance. These solutions have helped me reduce stress and improve my overall well-being.
