What’s more, people uncover that the more they play the games, the easy it is to find a solution to the problems posed. They see this as proof that there have been an improvement in the power of their brains. Fortunately, however, this may be a false impression.
Some scientist argue that the brain gets better at any task the more often it is repeated. In others words, the improvement in the performance of the brain is something who happens naturally.
So although these brain games are obviously fun to play, it remains uncertain whether they are actual helping to boost brainpower or not.
