Teen stress and pressure have become increasingly prevalent in today's fast-paced world. With academic expectations, social scrutiny, and the challenges of self-discovery, teenagers often find themselves navigating a complex web of pressures. The academic environment, marked by competitive expectations and looming exams, can contribute to high levels of stress among teens. Social pressures, including the desire to fit in and meet societal standards, further amplify the challenges they face. The influence of social media, while providing connectivity, can also intensify the pressure to conform to unrealistic ideals. It is imperative for parents, educators, and society as a whole to foster open dialogues about mental health, providing support and resources to help teenagers cope with stress and navigate the tumultuous period of adolescence.

Nowadays, students and teenagers face a lot of stress and pressure from their parents, family members, and teachers. Some of them may not have time to relax, hang out with friends, and study all day, at school, in extra classes, and at home. Their parents put a lot of pressure on our achievement and score, and they will be disappointed when their children do not reach the goals they have set, even though they know that it's too difficult for their children to achieve. They compare their children with better students, compared with kinder children, and they do not understand the feelings of being under comparison. Teenagers do not only have stress from parents but also friends at school. They're jealous of someone richer, more beautiful, and better, which makes them stressed when going to school. The score is a part of caution stress. It seems like teenagers almost study for their parents. They have high schools, and their parents are happy. They have low school, and their parents are disappointed.
