I try to eat healthy foods every day. I often eat vegetables, fruits, and rice because they give me energy and keep me strong. I also eat fish and eggs for protein. However, I try to limit eating sweets and fried foods because they can cause health problems like obesity or heart disease. I only eat them on special occasions. One thing I always avoid is soda. It has too much sugar and no nutrition. Drinking water or juice is much better. Eating the right foods helps me feel good, stay focused in school, and live a healthier life.
