Teenagers often face different health problems. One common issue is lack of sleep, which can lead to tiredness and poor concentration at school. It’s hard to fix because many teens stay up late using their phones. Another problem is junk food consumption. Teens often eat fast food that causes weight gain and health problems. Changing eating habits is not easy when healthy food is less convenient. Lastly, many teens suffer from stress or anxiety due to school pressure and social media. They may find it difficult to talk to others about their feelings or ask for help. To overcome these problems, teens need more support from family, friends, and schools.
