As a student, I feel stressed almost everyday. Right now, I’m in 11th grade. Having to learn everything and maintain good grades at the same time really stresses me out. My family also puts a lot of pressure on me. When I come home from school, I often get questioned about my accomplishments. Luckily, I have a few close friends who stick with me no matter what. When I get anxious, I always come to my friends to talk and they help me by reassuring me. On weekends or after school, I spend my free time on video games, hangouts to blow off some steam. Through time, I have learnt to deal with stress better. I understand that stress is inevitable and there will always be better days ahead.

The pressure of academic studies can be overwhelming for many students. The constant need to excel, meet deadlines, and perform well in exams can create a significant amount of stress and anxiety. Students often find themselves juggling multiple assignments, projects, and exams, leading to long hours of studying and sacrificing personal time.
The pressure to achieve high grades and meet expectations from parents, teachers, and peers can weigh heavily on students' shoulders. There is a constant fear of failure and the desire to prove oneself academically. This pressure can lead to sleepless nights, burnout, and even mental health issues.
Moreover, the competitive nature of the education system adds to the already existing pressure. Students feel the need to outperform their classmates, resulting in a constant comparison and unhealthy competition.
However, it is essential to remember that while academic success is important, it should not come at the expense of one's well-being. It is crucial for students to find a balance between their studies and personal life, engage in self-care activities, and seek support when needed.
Ultimately, the pressure of academic studies can be challenging, but with proper time management, support systems, and a focus on overall well-being, students can navigate through these challenges and thrive academically and personally.
