Subject: Europe

Dear Mom and Dad,

We hope you're well. Just a quick email to let you know that we've arrived in Europe. We're really excited about our school trip. Here's our travel plan:

GERMANY (DAYS ONE TO FOUR): On the first day, we're going to walk through the town of Lubeck to see the old houses and streets. We hear it's a really beautiful place. The next day, we're taking a boat trip on the Kiel Canal. The boat leaves at eight in the morning, so we have to get up really early. On the boat, we can relax and spend time hanging out with our new friends.

THE NETHERLANDS (DAYS FIVE TO SIX): Then, we're going to Amsterdam by train. In the morning, we're going to take a walking tour around the city. We're going to the Anne Frank Huis and a famous art museum. We're then having lunch in a local restaurant.

BELGIUM (DAYS SEVEN TO TEN): In Bruges, we're visiting some interesting buildings with lots of stores right in front of them. We're stopping there to go shopping and have lunch. We're planning to eat lots of desserts, because the chocolate in Belgium is really delicious. We're staying a few more days in Bruges to look around the city.

FRANCE (DAYS ELEVEN TO FOURTEEN): Our next stop is the beautiful town of Mont-Saint- Michel. It's on an island! Once there, we're going to climb to the highest point of the tallest building to see the amazing view. Finally, we're going to Paris on the last day. We're going to go sightseeing and shopping. Then, we fly home from the airport in the evening.

Love,
Dave and Karen
