Statement: "Parents should have the primary responsibility in raising children."

I fully agree with this view for the following reasons:

1. The crucial role of parents: Parents have the greatest influence on their children's development, especially in the early years. They are the first to teach their children about moral values, social behavior, and basic life skills. Parental guidance helps shape the child's character and resilience to face future challenges.
2. Emotional bonds and attachment: Parents not only have the responsibility to raise their children but also provide love and a sense of security. This love and care foster a sense of safety and confidence in children, laying the foundation for strong family relationships.
3. Legal and social responsibility: Society often places the responsibility for raising children on parents. They are accountable to the law and the community for their children's development. This includes ensuring that children receive education, healthcare, and a healthy living environment.

However, in modern society, the roles of other factors such as education, community, and even technology also need to be considered. While parents hold the primary role, support from these factors is essential to ensure the holistic development of the child.

Therefore, I agree that parents should have the primary responsibility in raising children, but this does not mean they have to shoulder everything alone. Support from the community and other factors also plays a crucial role in helping children grow up well-rounded.
