Me: Hi, can I join your conversation? What are you guys talking about?

Person 1: Hey, sure! We're talking about our vacation plans and why we chose a particular destination.

Person 2: I chose the beach vacation in Thailand because I really want to relax and enjoy the scenery. Plus, I don't want to do any cooking, so having a chef prepare all of our meals is a big plus.

Person 3: I decided to go for the Costa Rican kayaking adventure because I love outdoor activities and I want to experience the rainforest. I also heard that Costa Rica has some amazing wildlife.

Me: Those sound like great choices! I chose the Mexican traditional cooking trip because I love food and learning about different cultures. I've always wanted to try making mole, and 34 ingredients sounds like a fun challenge.

Person 1: That sounds interesting. Why didn't you choose the other destinations?

Me: I didn't choose the beach vacation because I don't like being in the sun for too long, and I also prefer to be more active on my vacations. And as for the kayaking adventure, I'm not much of a water person and I prefer to stay on land.

Person 2: That makes sense. What do you have to do to prepare for your trip?

Me: Well, I have to research a bit more about Oaxaca and the culture there. I also have to make sure I have all the ingredients and equipment I need to make mole when I come back. And of course, I have to pack appropriately for the climate and the activities we'll be doing.

Person 3: Yeah, I also have to do some research on Costa Rica and the rainforest. And I have to make sure I have all the gear I need for kayaking, hiking, and rafting. It's going to be an adventure!
