Afraid: I feel afraid when I am in a dangerous situation, such as when I am walking alone at night or when I am in a high place. I also feel afraid when I am facing a challenge that I am not sure I can overcome.

Anxious: I feel anxious when I am worried about something that is going to happen, such as a job interview or a test. I also feel anxious when I am in a new situation or when I am meeting new people.

Ashamed: I feel ashamed when I have done something wrong or when I have let someone down. I also feel ashamed when I am not living up to my own expectations.

Cross: I feel cross when I am frustrated or irritated. I also feel cross when I am treated unfairly or when I am not getting what I want.

Disgusted: I feel disgusted when I see something that is dirty or unpleasant. I also feel disgusted when I see someone behaving in a way that is rude or inconsiderate.

Envious: I feel envious when I see someone who has something that I want, such as a new car or a successful career. I also feel envious when I see someone who is happier or more successful than me.

Proud: I feel proud when I achieve something that I have been working hard for. I also feel proud when my loved ones achieve something.

Here are some specific examples of situations in which I have experienced these feelings:
