Dear Susan,

1 Greetings from the Philippines! At the weekend, Dave and I went to the capital city Manila. It was incredible!

Manila is a modern city with tall buildings, bright lights and beautiful palm trees. 2 It can be crowded and noisy in some places, but the people are friendly. We looked around in the traditional shops and saw some really interesting things.

Hi! I hope this letter finds you well. I wanted to tell you all about my recent trip to an amazing place - Ha Long Bay in Vietnam. It was truly a remarkable experience, and I wish you could have been there with me.
