A few months ago, during the winter season.

2. How did you feel at the time?

I felt terrible, with a fever, cough, sore throat, body aches, and fatigue. It was difficult to focus on anything or perform even the simplest tasks. I had to take time off from work and cancel plans with friends and family.

3. How did you get better?

I followed my doctor's advice and rested as much as possible, drank plenty of fluids, and took over-the-counter medication to relieve my symptoms. I also used a humidifier and took warm showers to ease my congestion. It took several days, but eventually, my symptoms began to improve, and I regained my energy. I gradually returned to my normal routine, but I made sure to take extra care of myself and avoid overexerting myself until I fully recovered.
